(Troy) Fan spearheads the international effort connecting global innovators and empowering entrepreneurial minds at Tsinghua SEM X-elerator, a startup accelerator affiliated with Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.

Dedicated to facilitating cross-cultural exchange, Hongyi shares, learns and grows with over 200k active followers on Weibo, China’s leading social media platform. Hongyi’s account, @Utroypia, attracts more than 5 million monthly views and has been awarded "微博教育最具实力奖” (Weibo Top EduBlog Award) at Weibo V Influence Summit 2016.

As a member of Global Shapers, a youth community affiliated with the World Economic Forum, Hongyi co-leads Social Innovation Collective to raise public awareness of social innovation and promote social entrepreneurship.
