The events that have unfolded during the past month were certainly unexpected and most likely left many of you either in places, and/or a state of mind that you did not anticipate at the beginning of your Chinese New Year holiday.

We are saddened that at this time, when it seems most needed, we are unable to hold our monthly Thought Activator.

However, one of the IPWS core values is CONNECT, and while we may be unable to connect in person, we have the tools available to us to do this digitally!

We would like to invite you to join us for a digital-get-together with previous IPWS Summit MC and Co-founder of Inner Circles, Em Roblin.

Em will join us on Thursday morning, February 13th, to share her experience and learnings on how to stay positive. Positivity helps you to cope with what is going on, and also allows you to better support those around you.

We will be gathering all participants into a special WeChat group where Em will share several videos with the group and be available for a live sessionto chat with participants while we all share our learnings, failures, and successes during this time.

We hope you’ll join us to CONNECT and get some helpful insights to stay positive, and on-track with your goals for this year!

She’s worked with thousands of people in Asia since basing herself out of Beijing from 2006. Em has spent almost a decade focused on women’s leadership and has worked to solve the challenges faced by top organizations (how to retain, develop and advance women) as well as digging deep into how to truly thrive as a woman and as a leader, by designing and delivering transformational experiences for women. Em partners with leading global organizations and consultancies to localize Diversity and Inclusion initiatives powerfully in China, and increasingly with forward-thinking Chinese organizations that see the value of building an inclusive culture.

She’s known for her authentic approach in how she integrates work and life. She is the proud mom to three children and was honored to be recognized by the Beijing All China Women’s Federation as “the best international family” in 2018. Em is Canadian, and she holds an MPA from Ryerson University where she researched diversity and equity and a BAH in education from Queen’s University.
