Songs of Destiny - ISCMS Gala Concert 2025

Please join us for the 14th Gala Concert of the International Schools Choral Music Society (ISCMS) on Sunday, 23 February at the Shanghai Oriental Arts Centre.
 

A night of musical excellence featuring talents from international and bilingual schools across the region that have come together since 2008. This year's programme features the China premiere of Constant Lambert's The Rio Grande, the world premiere of a work by 16-year-old ISCMS Jenkins Award winner Dylan Zheng, and beloved classics by Glinka and Brahms all of which are professional repertoires that will be conducted by renowned artists, such as Bob Hasty and David Squire right here in Shanghai.
 

The incredible lineup for the evening includes performances from the ISCMS choir, orchestra, and big band, which will have come together only that week to rehearse at Wellington College International Shanghai.
