The brains behind all those legendary Hatsune sushi roll recipes and owner of the award-winning Hatsune restaurant group, Alan Wong will be hosting a 10-course dinner that combines signature menu highlights, off-menu specials and new roll creations designed especially for our Hatsune regulars who know our menu inside out and can't get enough. 

代表着所有传说中的隐泉寿司,同时身为拥有各项殊荣的隐泉餐饮集团老板,Alan Wong 将会为您提供一餐拥有10道菜品的精美晚宴。这其中集合了隐泉菜单上最经典的菜品,另外还包括不在菜单、而专为最了解我们隐泉的忠实顾客而独创的特殊寿司。

Being the wine-obsessed geek that he is, Alan will also be personally selecting 4 very, very fine wines from his own wine cellar collection to pair with this 10-course dinner. For anyone who knows anything about wine or is interested in tasting and understanding a little bit more about fine wines, the wines that will be served with this dinner alone will be worth signing up for this event.

Having recently opened our newest Hatsune branch in B1 level of Kerry Shopping Mall (just below Horizon restaurant behind Kerry's Kitchen and Kerry's Pantry in Kerry hotel) and completed renovations at our ever-popular Sanlitun Village branch, we’re excited to host a very special wine dinner on back-to-back nights at two different Hatsune venues.
