关于Adeline

来自吉隆坡的Adeline拥有艾迪斯科文大学的幼儿教育学位，以及斯威本科技大学的企业管理资格认证书。Adeline是澳大利亚儿童护理学会的一名认证培训师，她不仅在该机构培训教师，并且在这里参与了世界前沿的教育理论研究。在加入音昱之前，Adeline在UCSI儿童发展中心担任校长。在早教的授课与课程设置方面，Adeline拥有超过15年的经验。

关于胡肇龙博士

胡肇龙博士来自美国，是一位资深的临床心理学家，持有加州伯克利大学心理学（临床方向）学士学位，以及美国阿兰特国际大学加州职业心理学院心理学硕士、博士学位。在加入音昱以前，胡博士就职于北京和睦家医院认知行为治疗中心，担任临床心理医生和副总监，并曾就职于Portia Bell Hume行为健康和训练中心、美国退伍军人医院，以及陕西省人民医院。他在个人、婚姻、家庭、儿童的心理治疗方面拥有广泛而丰富的经验，曾多次在北京国际协会、首都师范大学、北京国际学校，北京德威国际学校和北京京西国际学校等院校开展讲座和工作坊，并定期为美国、英国大使馆进行员工培训。

Octave Mindful Parenting Workshop

In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn how to make family life calmer and happier through mindful parenting as you explore how both parents and children can benefit from it. This workshop you will:

• Learn techniques to be a mindful parent

• Understand how mindfulness can help you how to raise a happy, confident and compassionate child

• Appreciate and enhance quality of life by becoming a mindful parent

The workshop will be led by Adeline Loong, Octave Children Enhancement Program Manager, and Dr. George Hu, Clinical Director and Center Director for Relational Wellness. This workshop is ideal for parents, grandparents, guardians, educators and anyone seeking balance in their life. 

About Adeline

Adeline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Edith Cowan University in Perth and a Diploma in Business Administration from Swimburne University in Melbourne. Adeline is also a certified Trainer for the Australian Child Care Academy in Perth where she trained teachers and was involved in advanced education research. Before Joining Octave, Adeline has worked in Malaysia, Australia and Hong Kong as an Educator. She was the Principal of University College Sedaya International (UCSI) Children’s Development Center in Kuala Lumpur, and has more than 15 years of experience lecturing and developing curriculum for early learners.

About Dr. George Hu

Dr. George Hu is a clinical psychologist from the United States. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Clinical emphasis) from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned his Master’s degree (MA) and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degrees from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco. Before joining Octave, Dr. Hu was a clinical psychologist and Assistant Director of the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at United Family Hospital in Beijing. Additionally, Dr. Hu has previously worked at the Portia Bell Hume Behavioral Health and Training Center, the United States Veterans Affairs Hospital in San Francisco, and the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital in Xi’an. He is quite experienced in individual, couples, and family therapy, and psychotherapy for children. Dr. Hu is also an experienced public speaker, having delivered keynote speeches and workshops at the Beijing International Society, Capitol Normal University, and a regular part of staff training at the embassies of the United States of America and the United Kingdom.
