A: 3 days before the class starts.
Q: On what condition, the class will be cancelled? How can I know?
A: If class registrations do not meet 6pax (minimum numbers), we will notify participants by phone/e-mail 3 days before the scheduled events for cancellation. Or you can always contact us for updated information.
Q: If I don't attend the class, can I get refund?
A: If the class has to be cancelled due to not reaching the minimum numbers, refund CAN be processed. Please kindly be aware that we will apply a NO-SHOW fee equal to the 100% of the event price if you personally do not attend the class. Thanks for your understanding!
Q: Can I pay by credit card, or in cash?
A: The easiest way is paying online. However, you can contact us to make an appointment for paying by credit card or in cash. Please kindly note that only when your payment is received, your enrollment is succesfully done, and an confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
Q: Can I bring my children to the class?
A: Children of any age are not permitted unless it is a kids cooking class, but can be brought along if they can be entertained or looked after themselves or by an accompanying adult or Ayi.
