（三）最低设项标准Minimum setting standard

各级赛事个人赛最终参赛人数不足6人、团体赛最终参赛队数不足4支，则该小项比赛取消。

If the final number of participants in the individual competitions at all levels is less than 6 and the final number of teams in the team competition is less than 4, the minor event will be cancelled.

七． 竞赛办法/ Competition method

（一）竞赛规则Competition rules

采用中国击剑协会翻译审定的最新国际剑联竞赛规则（请到中国击剑协会官方网站查阅）；

Adopt the latest International Fencing Federation competition rules translated and approved by the Chinese Fencing Association (please check the official website of the Chinese Fencing Association)

（二）个人赛Individual

采取分组循环赛和直接淘汰赛形式，分组循环赛全部随机排位。根据各组参赛运动员人数，小组赛按照以下方式设置不同的淘汰率：

10 人及以下 分组循环赛不淘汰；

11-100 人 分组循环赛淘汰 20%；

101 人以上 分组循环赛淘汰 30%。

Take the form of group round robin and direct elimination rounds, all group rounds are ranked randomly. According to the number of athletes in each group, the group stage sets different elimination rates in the following ways.

10 people and below are not eliminated in the group round robin.

11-100 people eliminated 20% in the group round robin.

More than 101 players eliminated 30% in the round robin.

（三）器材装备Equipment

1、参赛单位及个人建议使用经中国击剑协会认证的比赛器材装备，请于协会官网查询《2021年中国击剑协会器材厂商及产品认证名录》。

Participants and individuals are recommended to use equipment certified by the China Fencing Association. Please check the "2021 China Fencing Association Equipment Manufacturers and Product Certification List" on the official website of the association.

2、根据《中国击剑协会器材认证管理办法》相关规定，自2021年1月1日开始，U16及以上组别使用的比赛器材装备须符合中国剑协高等级保护标准，U14及以下组别使用的比赛器材装备须符合中国剑协普通等级保护标准。

According to the "China Fencing Association Equipment Certification Management Measures", starting from January 1, 2021, the equipment used in U16 and above groups must meet the high-level protection standards of the Chinese Fencing Association and used in U14 and below groups. The competition equipment must meet the general protection standards of the Chinese Sword Association

1、符合条件的认证个人会员可以获得中国击剑协会赛事积分并进入年度滚动积分排行榜。临时个人会员须在目标赛事开始当天0点前交纳个人注册费后，方可有资格获得该站赛事积分。授予积分条件如下：

Eligible certified individual members can earn points from the China Fencing Association and enter the annual rolling points ranking. Temporary individual members must pay the individual registration fee before 0:00 on the day of the start of the target event before they are eligible to earn points for the event. The conditions for awarding points are as follows:

1. 各小项须达到至少12人完赛才能授予积分。

At least 12 people must complete each minor event to be awarded points

1. 各小项参赛人数的前50%获得积分（四舍五入到下一个更高的整数），且最低获得积分名次为64名

The top 50% of the number of participants in each sub-item will receive points (rounded to the next higher integer), and the minimum number of points earned is 64

1. 授予积分的组别与中国击剑俱乐部联赛组别一致，U6和U8组别暂不授予积分。

The groups awarded points are the same as the league groups of the Chinese Fencing Club. Points are not awarded for the U6 and U8 groups for the time being.

For the specific points method, please refer to the "China Fencing Association Mass Tournament Points Method" and the points table.

2、符合积分条件的运动员方可参加中国击剑俱乐部联赛（中国击剑协会A级认证赛事）。具体参赛资格详见《2021年中国击剑俱乐部联赛竞赛规程》。

Athletes who meet the points requirements can participate in the China Fencing Club League (A-level certification event of the Chinese Fencing Association). Please refer to the "2021 China Fencing Club League Competition Regulations" for specific qualifications.

3.符合条件的认证个人会员可以获得相应大众运动员技术等级。具体内容详见《中国击剑协会大众运动员技术等级管理办法》。

Eligible certified individual members can obtain the technical level of the corresponding mass athletes. For details, please refer to the "Management Measures for the Technical Level of Mass Athletes of the Chinese Fencing Association".

九． 赛事观察员和裁判员/ Match observers and referees

（一）赛事观察员Match observer

由中国击剑协会工作人员担任（B级），负责监督与指导比赛组织运行。

The staff of the Chinese Fencing Association (Level B) is responsible for supervising and guiding the organization and operation of the competition.

（二）技术委员会Technical Committee

C级认证赛事：组成人员至少3人，须由具备技术委员会工作经验的中国击剑协会A级（或一级）裁判员及以上技术等级裁判员担任。

C-level certification event: At least 3 members should be composed of A-level (or first-level) referees of the Chinese Fencing Association and above technical level referees with working experience in the technical committee.

（三）裁判员Referee

C级认证赛事：执裁裁判员数量为剑道数量*1.3倍；执裁裁判员最低技术等级为C级裁判员。

C-level certification event: the number of referees rreesefe is 1.3 times the number of kendos; the minimum technical level of referees referees is C-level referees.

十． 奖励办法/ Reward

个人赛前三名颁发奖牌和证书，5-8名颁发证书。

The top three in individual competitions will be awarded medals and certificates, and 5-8 will be awarded certificates.

十二. 赛风赛纪/ Competitive style match discipline

赛风赛纪管理将依据《中国击剑协会赛风赛纪管理办法》（请到中国击剑协会官方网站查阅）执行。各团体会员须加强对所属运动员、领队教练、运动员家属等参赛与随队人员的培训与管理，准确理解击剑竞赛规则规程，规范参赛行为，文明参赛、文明观赛。赛事组委会有权根据破坏赛场秩序行为的程度，对参赛俱乐部及参赛人予以罚款直至临时封停会员账号的处罚。

The management of tournament records will be implemented in accordance with the "Measures for the Management of Tournaments of the Chinese Fencing Association" (please visit the official website of the China Fencing Association). Each group member must strengthen the training and management of participating athletes, team leader coaches, athletes’ family members and other team members, accurately understand the rules and regulations of fencing competitions, standardize participating behaviors, participate in civilized competitions, and watch the competitions in a civilized manner. The Organizing Committee of the event has the right to impose fines on participating clubs and participants up to the temporary suspension of member accounts based on the extent of the violation of the order of the stadium.

如对比赛判罚结果产生质疑，可通过“比赛申诉与公示平台”进行申诉，申诉邮箱为：appeal.fe@sports.cn。具体申诉相关内容详见中国击剑协会官网发布的“关于发布击剑比赛申诉机制(试行)的通知”。

If there are any doubts about the result of the match penalty, the appeal can be made through the "Competition Appeal and Publicity Platform". The appeal email address is: appeal.fe@sports.cn. For the specific content of the complaint, please refer to the "Notice on Issuing the Fencing Competition Complaint Mechanism (Trial)" published on the official website of China Fencing Association.
