SUMMONING BEIJING'S SUSHI ADDICTS:

Master Sushi Samurais Alan-san and Chef Bruce will be hosting Hatsune's next sushi making dinner party on two back-to-back dates at the Kerry Centre Hatsune branch.

Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from 7-9PM (taught in English)
Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 7-9PM (taught in Chinese)

Pre-empting the dilemma that one class books out too quickly, we will be easing your stress by offering two dates for you to choose from!

We will reveal our most precious secrets behind Hatsune's legendary sushi rolls, together we will cover the basics and fundamentals of sushi making ingredients (different types of fish, rice and vegetables) and together we will prepare 3 different types of sushi rolls with the help of our expert sushi samurais. And this is only the beginning as each participant will be going home with their very own take-home sushi kit complete with all the essential equipment you need to make sushi at home!

RMB 300 per person includes the sushi making class, ingredients, dinner and the essential equipment to start making sushi at home!

Seating is limited per each class; RSVP required + please pre-pay (either on Yoopay or in cash to Kerry Hatsune directly)!
