Tianmi Bakery was started in March by Olivia Nadine,an American expat with a selective sweet tooth and an oven.

After unsuccessfully searching Beijing forthe gooey brownies and dense cakes of home,she decided to do them herself,much to the delight of her coworkers.

A regular in Beijing market scene and a favorite amongst those who like rum in their cake,Tianmi Bakery has been making it`s mark and leaving a crumb trail of happy customers.
