三砾乐队是一个结合声乐、电子乐和扬琴的创意三重奏乐队。 相遇在哈佛大学的三位朋友，徐来（Laila Smith），卫哲彬（Ben Wetherfield）和钱睿隆（Reylon Yount）有着三种不同的音乐教育背景：爵士乐、现代西洋乐和中国民乐。他们旨在通过创作另类艺术声音来探讨自己的双文化身份。在三砾之前，他们的即兴表演乐队曾在波士顿地区表演。三位音乐家也各自活跃在国际舞台上。钱睿隆曾参加马友友丝绸之路乐团的演出以及格莱美奖专辑录制。卫哲彬曾荣获BBC年度最佳年轻作曲家奖，作品曾在Radio 3播出。徐来曾荣获艺术项目的美国总统学者奖，在华盛顿特区的肯尼迪中心演出。此次Laila与Ben以Melancholy Baby的组合形式，在中国日本多地巡演。

        Sanli is an experimental trio combining vocals, electronics, and yangqin. Laila Smith, Ben Wetherfield, and Reylon Yount come from three distinct musical upbringings - jazz, contemporary classical, and traditional Chinese, respectively. Together, they use their arty-alternative sound to explore their bicultural identities. The three friends met at Harvard College, where they formed an improvising collective that has performed throughout the Boston area. Individually, they’ve toured internationally with various ensembles and garnered many maccolades: Reylon has performed with Yo-Yo Ma’s GRAMMY Award-winning Silk Road Ensemble, Ben was named BBC Young Composer of the Year and had his work performed on Radio 3, and Laila was a Presidential Scholar in the Arts and performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. This time Laila and Ben will perform their music as Melancholy Baby in many places of China and Japan.
