Welcome to the Winter Festival Ticketing Page where you can purchase additional tickets for your family subject to availability.  

The BWYA Primary School Winter Festival is our once-a-year All-School Talent Show.  Winter Festival was one of the very first events that the Primary School hosted, and it is still one of our community’s favourites!  In the past it has been held during the last week before the Winter Holiday break but this year it will happen just before Chinese New Year on Thursday, 8^th February, 2018.  Another big change is that Winter Festival will be held at the Beijing Theatre on their big stage for the very first time!  We will begin at 1:30 pm and finish by 3:30 pm.  So this is an exciting and historic year!

Each family that has students enrolled at the BWYA Primary School will get 1 free ticket for Winter Festival this year.  If a family has 1 or more students at LPC and 1 or more students at UPC, you will receive 1 ticket only as tickets are allocated on a family basis.  This ticket will be sent home with the oldest child in the family.  Please check your child's homework bag for your free ticket.  Lost tickets cannot be replaced.  

However, there are extra seats that can be purchased.  Each family may purchase 2 Extra Tickets for 50 RMB each, available from Monday, 22^nd January, 2018.  Additional tickets are paid for online here, and eTickets will be issued.  When you come to the Theatre, make sure you bring (1) your free paper ticket, (2) your parent/campus card, and (3) your eTickets.  

Starting 5^th February, 2018, IF there any seats left, families may purchase additional tickets.  To be fair to everyone, we ask that no one buy more than 2 additional tickets until this date.  That will give every family a chance to see their children on the stage!  We hope you enjoy the show!

This year, parents will also have the chance to pre-order purchase a download video of the Winter Festival, which will then be made available after the Chinese New Year holiday. To make your pre-order purchase, click on the Yoopay link below and follow the instructions.

        世青小学部的学生才艺秀，今年第一次走进北京剧院的大舞台！作为家长们历来最爱的社区活动之一，相信今年会给世青大家庭带来更大的惊喜！

        小学部的每个家庭将会得到一张免费的门票，而每个家庭还可以额外线上购买两张门票。希望您享受今年的表演！

        此外，今年您还可以提前线上预订才艺秀的最终剪辑视频（视频将于春节假期之后通过电子邮件发送给您），请注意选择进行购买。

注意事项：

1、      如果您的家庭里在小学部有两个孩子，因为以家庭为单位来分派，您仍只会得到一张免费的门票；

2、      免费的门票将会分派给家中年长的孩子，请您注意查看孩子的书包；

3、      请妥善保管门票，一旦丢失将无法入场，敬请配合理解；

4、      考虑到确保每个家庭都有机会为家人购票观看表演，每个家庭请先至多线上购票两张，在2月5日（周一）后，如仍有多余的票，您可再随意购买；

5、      入场时，请确认带好 a) 您的免费票 b) 家长校园卡 c) 您的电子票（如有购买）；

6、      购买最终视频的家长，请标注清楚您孩子的姓名和班级，您的姓名、电话以及电子邮箱，并确保电子邮箱有效，以便收取下载视频链接；

7、      最终视频一旦购买，无法予以退款，敬请注意理解。
