Our intention for this training is to present advanced patterns that stretch your skills and that are personally meaningful, mentally stimulating, and that provoke a shift in your own level of understanding. That is, as well as the patterns themselves, an important learning outcome from this training will be to go beyond the patterns so that you enjoy fluency with the interactions between them. We use the following topics to guide this process:

• Practitioner to Master Practitioner
  The move from Practitioner to Master Practitioner demands not only a refinement and polishing of your skills, but a shift in your sense of self.
• NLP Modelling
  Learn those skills that Bandler and Grinder discovered as they founded NLP so that you can use to become more excellent in any area of your life.
• Values and Beliefs
  Connect with what is most important with you so you can challenge limitations and feel more congruent than ever before. Discover your Values hierarchies, understand your rules and align them with your sense of purpose. But beyond this, learn the rarely taught New Code NLP Systemic Values Sorting Process, and experience an array of approaches to transforming beliefs.
• Structure of States and Maps of Organisation
  Learn how you organise your states and discover how you can use these as part of the almost forgotten work from Leslie Cameron-Bandler to come to understand some of your most fundamental filters including your Virtual Question or Primary Question.
• Advanced Language Patterns and Hypnotic Inductions
  By popular demand, we are including more work in designing Ericksonian Metaphors, storytelling and inductions so you can refine your language skills and apply your skills with eloquence and even mystique as you get to and beyond the core of issues elegantly and quickly.
• Advanced NLP Patterns
  Precision Language, Recoding Patterns (Neurological Levels, SCORE, Core Transformations) and the Metaphor Model/ Symbolic Modelling will be used at various points for your own benefit and the benefit of those you touch.
  
• Self Concept
  Exploring, Discovering and Refining your sense of self so you can get more clear and feel more congruent about who you are, so that your sense of Identity is both more robust and more vibrant than ever.

An important part of this is ensuring that what we are offering is personally and professionally meaningful to you and the other participants. This will include my continuing efforts to integrate or reconcile findings from neuroscience, psychology and other domains wherever possible. And, rather than following any script, I’ll be bringing my latest understandings and perspectives from training extensively with both Bandler and Grinder so you can come as close to the source as possible.

Our objective is for you to become a true Master of NLP: To deeply understand and embody the techniques, strategies and driving principles that make NLP such a powerful vehicle for creating change in ourselves and others. With this, you will be able to:

• Facilitate and conduct sophisticated changework with individuals, groups and organisations,
• Harness elegant language patterns that increase your personal charisma and influence,
• Undertake cognitive and behavioural modelling projects to help make genius accessible,
• Incorporate these skills to design and deliver NLP presentations, and
• Be ready to take on the challenge of becoming an NLP Trainer.

Here, you will enjoy exercises, case studies, tasks, projects, coaching, group discussion and both giving and receiving extensive feedback in an intensive, interactive, experiential format. Unlike other trainings, you will come to deeply understand the processes so that you can go beyond just blindly following the steps in the manual.

Certification is important for some people, and we take it very seriously. Our Certificates are recognized professionally and qualify you for additional training with almost all NLP institutes around the world. Upon completion of the program and assessment process, you will be eligible for certification as a:

Daniel Smith is the Lead Trainer for our events. Having been using NLP since 1996, Daniel is an experienced Multi-Certified International NLP Trainer, selected to Assist and Co-Train with the very best around the world, including Co-Founder of NLP, Dr John Grinder. Daniel has the very rare distinction of having been Certified as a Trainer of NLP by both Co-Founders of NLP, Dr John Grinder and Richard Bandler. Daniel will be assisted during these events by the China NLP Training Team.

The 17 - 20 and 24 - 27 November weekends are scheduled to align with a Practitioner training, when Master Practitioner Candidates like yourself will be reviewing how to take their Practitioner skills to a higher level of excellence and precision.
