Our programs are suitable for a wide range of audience – organizational leaders and team leaders, HR and People and Learning Development Professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners, educators, people in the career transition and aspiring coaches.
Our “Practical Coaching Mastery” (ICF Level 1) program fully prepares you to become a competent coach and work effectively with different niches and coaching requests.
Our “Beyond the Tools” advanced coach training program (Level 2 pilot) is for coaches who aim to get a PCC credential with ICF.
Our programs are based on ICF Core Competency model, coaching psychology, evidence-based coaching, cognitive-behavioral science and a lot of practice. They include a broad range of theories and frameworks that are important for a modern coaching practitioner.
The course offers multiple opportunities for new coaches to excel through practice and reflection classes, including group coaching supervision.
