After 10 years experience working worldwide as a chef, Camila Betin specializes in creating fit and gourmet recipes that are at the same time nutritious and delicious. Certified by ISSA as a fitness nutrition specialist and trainer, she has launched a 12 week nutritional coaching program with the main goal of empowering people 

and training them to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.


What we will be making: The wonders of Cashews! Learn how to create delicious and home-made cashew milk & energy balls! Also,what to do with those leftovers: vegan cashew cheese! This cooking class will focus on real, delicious, simple food with quality ingredients. What a delight!
