Founded in 1994, AustCham Shanghai is now the largest Australian Chamber of Commerce in the Greater China region. As the trading relationship has evolved beyond energy and resources to encapsulate a wide variety of sectors, AustCham Shanghai has also grown to represent businesses in every sector, from manufacturing to health and aged care, to education and financial services.
Today, our Chamber brings the business community together through membership services, events, delegations, project management, representation and advocacy.
AustCham Shanghai exists only to serve its members. The Chamber also undertakes significant fundraising efforts to support our Corporate Social Responsibility partners each year, having raised RMB 5,000,000 over the past 20 years.

Mental health can sometimes feel like a solitary endeavor but AustCham Shanghai believes that good mental health is a community exercise. Join us this Thursday the 9th of September for a wellness morning, starting with a movement morning workout at Arete Group’s function room with Heidi, your participation will help to raise money for our charity partners. Post-movement session, we are pleased to be having Cinny Ling, a family medicine physician from Shanghai United Family Healthcare to present to us on ‘The Health Benefits of Exercise’ and ‘Maintaining a healthy diet’ during the breakfast session.
Feel good about getting active and knowing your ticket price goes towards supporting charity partners.
