Within Purchasing, we are seating on a nexus tensions and contradictions due to the current changes in industries and society.
We all need to deliver against very diverse objectives including:
i) How can we continuously deliver improvement on both efficiency and innovation?
ii) How to leverage digital tools while strengthening our strategic conversation with stakeholders ?
iii) How can we master standardization and personalization?
iv) How to offer results on both cost and sustainability?
Over the past years, EIPM has investigated how our purchasing organization can best evolve to best respond to these changes. We concluded that today one-size-fits-all approaches are not applicable.
We are very proud of how the speakers, special guests, and event as a whole, have shaped up:
