COVID Policy Requirements (updated on November 17)

1.     All meeting attendees are required to show the green code on Beijing Health Kit and Travel Code, and a 24-hour negative PCR test results upon entry.

所有在酒店参加会议的人员须持北京健康宝和行程码绿码，并查验24小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

2.     If meeting attendees are traveling from outside of Beijing (or returning to Beijing), they must follow Beijing's COVID prevention protocol, conduct one PCR test within 24 hours upon arrival, and another one within 24 to 72 hours upon arrival. Guests will not be allowed to attendee meetings if the second negative test results have not yet been issued. We apologize for any inconvenience this cause and would appreciate your understanding.

参会人员如为进（返）京人员，应按北京市防疫要求，在抵京24小时内，以及24小时后、72小时内各进行1次核酸检测。抵京三天两检第二次核酸检测阴性结果未出之前，无法参会。带来的不便请您理解。

3.     Guests are advised to wear N95/KN95 masks throughout the event, except during the luncheon session.

进入会场除用餐以外的会议期间全程佩戴口罩佩戴N95/KN95口罩。
