Welcome to DSA-Swimming Programme!

The program features a variety of knowledgeable and responsible instructors who create and aim to provide challenging, exciting, and, most importantly, FUN swim lessons for all students.

• For whom: Year 3 and above students
• When: 8 Jan 2024-22 Mar 2024
• Where: DCSPD Swimming Pool, B2 at Sports Centre
• How much: 270RMB/45-minute lesson for Level 1-5; 300RMB/60-minute lesson for Pre-competition and Endurance

There are six levels in the DCS Pudong Swim Academy Programme along with one endurance class any swimmers qualifying for Levels Four & above can join.

Levels 1-5 (45-minute lesson):

Fundamental skills are covered in these levels, teaching swimmers anything and everything they need to know about Freestyle (Level 1-2), Backstroke (Level 3), Breaststroke (Level 4), or Butterfly (Level 5).  

Pre-competition (60-minute lesson):

Once a swimmer completes Level Five, the real fun begins. Our Pre-Competition level is focused on competitive swim training elements. The aim of this level is to help our swimmers transition to our competitive AquaPanther swim team.

Endurance (60-minute lesson, for Level 4 and above students):

After completing Level 3, many of our swimmers start to struggle with their endurance, which in turn makes their technique suffer in the tougher strokes.  To combat this, we have created an extra program for swimmers to join.
