Sourdough Bread Workshop

Due to public demand, Sourdough Bread Workshop is back! We invite you to join us again and enjoy this process of making a loaf of simple sourdough bread, and dine a sourdough-bread-based lunch together!

AGENDA

9:30 Hydrating the flour with water (also called “autolyze”)

Refreshing (feeding) the sourdough  starter to observe it throughout the workshop. Let’s have breakfast together! 

10:00 Adding prepared levain, water and salt to our dough

10:30 First stretch & fold, talking about sourdough

11:00 Second stretch & fold, talking about sourdough some more

11:30 Third stretch & fold, talking about sourdough, baking a sourdough loaf , cooking the soup for lunch together 

14:00 Pre-shaping our dough

14:25 Shaping our dough, putting it in participant’s bowls that they brought

14:30 Final questions and answers, participants can leave or stay and chat some more
