Beijing Alumni Club presents Lunch with Dr. Ming Huang, who is a behavioral finance professor from top US school and very successful practitioner in private fund industry. Come to hear his insights on being a successful portfolio manager and learn his distinctive investment logic.

个人简介北京睿策投资董事长、美国康奈尔大学金融学终身教授、中欧商学院教授。曾任教于斯坦福大学和芝加哥大学商学院，并于1997年获芝加哥大学商学院Emory Williams优秀教学奖、2001年获斯坦福商学院杰出教学奖。黄明博士拥有斯坦福大学金融学博士学位、康奈尔大学物理学博士学位、北京大学物理系学士学位。他的研究领域包括行为金融学和资产定价。黄明博士多年来在中国，美国，及日本有丰富的咨询以及高层经理培训教学经验。 2011年初，黄明成立了北京睿策投资。该基金获得了晨星3年期的五星评级，黄明也成为福布斯2014年TOP10阳光私募基金经理。

Background of Dr. Huang:

Dr. Huang graduated from Peking University in 1985 with a bachelor degree majoring in Physics. He holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics and a Ph.D. in Finance from Cornell University and Stanford University, respectively.

He has been a Professor of Finance at Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in the United States since July 2005. Dr. Huang has taught MBA, EMBA and executive courses in Derivatives Securities, Introductory Finance, and Corporate Finance. At Cornell he currently teaches the Behavioural Finance course in the School’s MBA programme plus two Ph.D. courses.

Dr. Huang was an Associate Professor of Finance and an Assistant Professor of Finance at Stanford University, The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, respectively, from 2002-2005 and from 1998 to 2002. Dr. Huang also served as an Assistant Professor of Finance at University of Chicago Graduate School of Business from 1996-1998.

In 2011, Dr. Huang started RuiCe Investment, and manages RuiCe Private Funds since then. RuiCe Fund receives 5-start rating from Morningstar for three years straight, and Dr. Huang was also ranked Top 10 Private Equity Fund Manager by Forbes in 2014.
