BACKGROUND  

Arti Sharma born in a Hindu Brahmin family. Blessed with the inherent gift of spiritualpractices. Her family is devotee of GODEESS GAYATRI. Since her childhood shehad been practicing mantra chanting, meditation as daily routine of Brahmins.

CERTIFICATIONS

2009-2014:graduate and masters in yogic science and holistic health

 Teachingyoga since 2014 & Living in shanghai from 2015.

Yoga Session

(10 am -12 pm)

60 mins Asana practice focusing on to empower the feminine energy. 

15 mins yogic breathing exercise (pranayama). 

15 mins for yoga-nidra (guided yogic relaxation). 

30 mins for Q and A.

Optional - 12 pm onwards holistic brunch
