National Library Singapore - Eye On Asia

 

Eye on Asia is a collaborative effort by the National Library, Singapore with partners such as Enterprise Singapore, Business China Singapore, International Trading Institute at Singapore Management University, Nanyang Business School, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, OSG Youth Alliance, Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore University of Social Sciences, Temasek Polytechnic, The ASEAN Living Room, Yale-NUS College and Youth Corps Singapore to provide resources for everyone, including young Singaporeans who wish to find out more about the region and explore internationalisation opportunities abroad. Focusing on ASEAN countries, China and India including emerging cities, you will discover a broad overview of useful resources to help you be more aware of developments in these countries as Singapore gears itself for the future economy.

 

Besides this portal, do come by our resource centre at Level 7 of the National Library Building to access books and digital resources specially selected by our librarians. Look out also for programmes with our partners to gain insights from entrepreneurs and people who have lived and worked abroad.

OSG Youth Alliance is a non-profit social enterprise with a mission to promote global-mindedness, resilient and enterprising spirit among youths.
 

In Asia, OSG Youth Alliance recognises the importance of a strong external economy to nation-building and believes that youths need to be equipped with both a broad and deep understanding of the international markets. OSG Youth Alliance brings youths and industry practitioners together through different programs and dialogues over a broad-based social platform.

 

OSG Youth Alliance is currently conducting regular events including Individual Sharing, Panel Discussions, Company Visits and Case Competitions/Hackathons, where industry professionals share their professional and entrepreneurial experiences with youths.
