Please find below, the details of a proposed trip to the upcoming Model United Nations (MUN) conference at ISB in Beijing between the 29th October and 31st October 2021. The purpose of the trip is to take part in the ISB MUN conference, which will give students a chance to debate global issues with other students of a similar age. 

谨在此详细介绍拟于2021年10月29日至31日在北京顺义国际学校（ISB）举行的模拟联合国MUN会议行程。此行的目的是参加ISB MUN 会议，这将使学生们有机会与同龄人辩论全球性问题。

The conference starts on Friday 29th October at 08:00 and students should meet me outside reception at ISB. The times for the conference will be as follows:

会议将于10月29日星期五早上08:00开始，学生们应于当天在北京顺义国际学校（ISB）门口与我汇合。会议时间表如下：

Friday, October 29th, 2021 – 8:00 am – 5: 00 pm (optional dinner and social event) 

2021年10月29日，星期五：上午8:00-下午5:00（可选择晚餐和社交活动）

Saturday, October 30th , 2021 – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 

2021年10月30日，星期六：上午8:00-下午5:00

Sunday,  October 31st, 2021 – 8:00 am – 4:00 pm  

2021年10月31日，星期天：上午8:00-下午4:00

The total cost for the conference will be RMB 805, which includes all meals during the conference. This is an estimate at this stage and costs will be finalized closer to the time. If your son or daughter wishes to take part please send in a non-refundable deposit for RMB 350 by 29th September as outlined below to secure your son/daughter’s place. Once all payments have been made for the trip, we will be unable to make any refunds if you then withdraw your son/daughter from the trip.

会议总费用预计为每人805元人民币，包含会议期间所有餐食。这是目前的费用预估，最终费用将在临近会议前确定。如果您的儿子或女儿希望参加，请在9月29日前支付不可退还的定金 350元，以确保名额。

请知悉，当您支付了本次旅行全部费用后，如果您的儿子/女儿随后退出本活动，将无法申请退款。
