Vegans of Beijing is proud to announce another Vegan Outreach Dinner! On a slightly different note than previous events, we have teamed up with restaurant and event space, Arora who are hoping to expand their menu and chef, Sharon Dekel who is helping them create some authentic (and of course vegan-friendly) Israeli dishes. Due to popular demand this event will take place a Wednesday evening rather than our usual Sunday night meetups. We hope to see you there!

又一场纯素晚宴在京城开启啦！ 此次活动和之前略有不同，我们和Arora餐厅合作，让更多人了解真正热爱美食的厨师Sharon Dekel，以及他一直潜心研究的地道（当然也有素食友好的）以色列美味。

About the Chef, Sharon Dekel:

Growing up in Jerusalem I loved to watch my Mum and my Grandma in the kitchen. This love became more than an observation when I immigrated to Australi a in 2012. I started to recreate my original flavours in my own kitchen following all the cooks in my family before me. I joined a professional commercial cookery course in Sydney, Australia and I learned from famous chefs from around the world. Now after one year in Beijing I am delighted to share all my knowledge with the great diverse community here and to introduce these flavours to the locals.

关于厨师Sharon Dekel：

在耶路撒冷长大的Sharon Dekel从小习惯了和妈妈，奶奶呆在厨房。2012年移民澳大利亚时，这种习惯逐渐变成了一种热爱，他开始认真观察，并在自己的厨房里重现年少时家中美食的原始味道。后来，他在悉尼参加了专业的烹饪课程，并跟随世界各地的名厨学到了一手做菜本领。一年前他来到北京，一年之后，开始了他的美食分享。
