Two day intensive Krav Maga® Summer training Camp.

In various environments around Beijing. Taught by certified KMG Krav Maga® instructors. Experience in Krav Maga® or other martial arts is not a requirement. We will tailor the self-defense and physical training to the level and experience of the participants.

You should expect intensive training of about six to seven hours a day. We will be using regular gym environments as well as urban training, out door training close quarters and bar like situations. The physical training is customized to the experience of the course participants. As needed, we have separate sessions for beginners, and advance trainees.

This summer course covers many aspects of the Krav Maga® system, including: defense against armed assaults; general fighting skills; training in various locations and environments and circumstances; and more.

两天加强集训夏令营

地点是围绕北京的多个地点。领队由KMG KRAV Maga教练担任。报名者不需要KMG或任何其它格斗术的经验。我们会为参与者量身制定防身术以及力量训练的标准.

您将在会在一天中体验6到7个小时的强度训练。

我们将会在健身馆进行室内训练，也会在户外进行城市培训，户外近身格斗训练和酒吧场景训练。根据需要，我们将会对初学者以及高阶学员设定不同的课时.
