ASA Policies
1. All activities must be paid for before the first class.
2. If a student is absent from an ASA, there will be no refunds. If for some reason we have to cancel a class, we will provide a make-up class or provide a refund for the missed class.
3. Students who are sick on ASA days will not be able to receive a refund for the missed class. If however, a student is not able to participate in ASAs for medical reasons (after the start of the ASA term) a doctor’s note must be presented to school and a refund will be issued based on our refund policy.
4. If the enrollment of an activity cannot reach the minimum number, the activity may be cancelled.

课外活动相关政策:
1. 所有活动费用必须于第一堂课开始之前缴齐。
2. 如果学生因自己的原因缺席课外活动将不予退款；如因特殊原因我们不得不取消某天的课程，我们将提供补课或退款。
3. 学生因病缺课将不会得到退款，但是如果学生因为身体健康原因不能参加学校课外活动（在开课之后），那么学生只要出示医生的诊断书就可以根据学校的退款政策得到退款。
4，如果某个活动的报名人数达不到最低开班标准，该活动将被取消。
