The Yale Club of Beijing Invites You
to a Music Salon with
Shawn Moore YSM '13
&
Wenbin Jin YSM '09
3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2016
Please join Yale School of Music graduates Shawn Moore and Jin Wenbin for an afternoon music salon in the heart of Beijing's CBD. Works of Beethoven, Ravel, Arvo Pärt and others will be featured, both duets and solos, and all accompanied by commentary that will aspire to be helpful to audience appreciation. In true salon style, this will be a relaxed and interactive event. Wine and refreshments will be provided, and we encourage discussion and audience involvement. Our generous host is in possession of not one but two concert size pianos in his space, one a very beautiful Bösendorfer, so this is a rare opportunity to appreciate some great piano music on wonderful pieces of equipment in someone's home.
