AustCham Shanghai
Founded in 1994, AustCham Shanghai is now the largest Australian Chamber of Commerce in the Greater China region. As the trading relationship has evolved beyond energy and resources to encapsulate a wide variety of sectors, AustCham Shanghai has also grown to represent businesses in every sector, from manufacturing to health and aged care, to education and financial services.
Today, our membership services, events, delegations, project management, amber brings the business community together through representation and advocacy.
AustCham Shanghai exists only to serve its members. The Chamber also undertakes significant fundraising efforts to support our Corporate Social Responsibility partners each year, having raised RMB 5,000,000 over the past 20 years.

AustCham Shanghai
cordially invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting, to be held at 5pm (registration starts at 4:30pm) on 19th June 2020. The
formal AGM notice was issued on 12th May 2020.
All members in good
standing may register to attend the AGM, including non-voting members. You may
register more than one attendee from your member company, but voting members
have only one voting member representative who votes at the AGM.
Members unable to attend are
requested to register an apology using the "Unable to attend" option.
Please note that the confirmation of registration does not occur automatically as all registrations need to be checked for attendance eligibility. Please register once per attendee.
Our Company Secretary will confirm registrations by return email. If you can't make it in person, please register your Proxy using the following digital form: https://zfrmz.cn/I1UxtxanLSnie0YDcKWQ and ensure your Proxy registers their attendance at the AGM too.
Online attendance registration will close at 5pm on Thursday 18th June 2020.
