Seeking inspiration from Latin-American flavors is what moved Ray Yue Heng to enter into Mexican food.

Co-owner and Chef de Cuisine of Pebbles and El Mercadito, his endeavor has been a discovery of his own capabilities, maturing his passion from scratch, introducing traditional flavors with a modern twist and offering Beijing's largest tequila and mezcal collection. “My knowledge of Mexican food grew like it was on steroids from then on,” Ray shares with us.

Círculo Latino and Hanshing Agency would like to invite you to participate in our first community talk “My Business Endeavor” where you can meet Ray and get inspiration from his amazing story.

"My Business Endeavor" will be held on June 16th at Modernista, 7pm.

Entrance fee: 70rmb (includes a shot of tequila)
