OSG Youth Alliance is a non-profit social enterprise with a mission to promote global-mindedness, resilient and enterprising spirit among youths.

In Asia, OSG Youth Alliance recognizes the importance of a strong external economy to nation-building and believes that youths need to be equipped with both a broad and deep understanding of the international markets. OSG Youth Alliance brings youths and industry practitioners together through different programs and dialogues over a broad-based social platform.

OSG Youth Alliance is currently conducting regular events including Individual Sharing, Panel Discussions, Company Visits and Case Competitions/Hackathons, where industry professionals share their professional and entrepreneurial experiences with youths. In addition, In China, youths from other Asian nations are encouraged to share and interact for personal growth.

• Studied at Harvard, came back to South East Asia to work at Bain & Company before become an early team member to create Shopee in 2014.
• Left to China to begin entrepreneurial journey and today owns SME companies in education, media and e-commerce.

Steven Sim, CFO, PINTEC Group.

With more than 20 years’ experience in finance and accounting, he has served Ernst & Young LLP in Singapore and KPMG in London before joining the Global Offerings Services Group with Deloitte & Touche in Beijing in 2007. Prior to joining PINTEC, Steven was the CFO of Leyou Inc. A leading maternity and baby retailer, and the Vice President of finance of the internet conglomerate Sohu Inc. Steven Sim holds an MBA from INSEAD, and is a member of the ACCA.

Kenny Lim, founder, Awontory Pte Ltd
Kenny Lim runs his own boutique agency providing niche services to exclusive corporate clients in Singapore and China. Kenny spent 15 out of 25 years of his professional life in Brisbane, Taipei, Shanghai and Macau, in senior management, sales and marketing roles for L’Oreal, Luxasia, Club Med, and Keppel Land.
