Purpose:

Develop and practice your Emotional and Leadership Intelligence.

What Specifically:

Work with an experienced Coach and business mastermind for one day on your top objectives and purpose.

Improve your peer group/social circle.

WORK THROUGH your challenges & objectives.

Define clear measurable outcomes.

Walk through your next 6-18 months.

Gain certainty about who you need to be to balance and perform at your peak.

Develop Emotional Intelligence for Self Mastery

Learn and grow your Leadership Intelligence and practice new techniques you can take back to your team.

Structure:

Content, Implementation, Q&A, Repeat. Following 80/20 Principle.

Most work will be done in groups of 2 - 3 or individually so EVERYTHING can be related immediately to your top priorities and implemented.

Time Line:

14-15 June:

Pre-Workshop Calls can be made to the Coach/Facilitator.

16 June:

10am Start WeWork West Nanjing.

1pm Vegetarian lunch delivered. Eat in groups.

5pm Official finish.

6pm Dinner near by (Cost not included)

20-30 June:

Follow up Implementation Calls.

Your Coach for the day is experienced with 'wanna be entrepreneurs', founders, business owners, millionaires, investors. There are differences which can be clearly mapped out and navigated.

Your Coach has spent time in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, etc..... He knows a few things about Leadership. Coach Adrian (or Coach Adi) has coached with many of the big name corporations. He coaches businesses owners/founders in China, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, UK, USA, NZ. He provides assistance to small business in Australia through government initiatives and holds various leadership roles. Adrian is in Shanghai for 4 days only.
