This year, even with the unprecedented uncertainty and challenges faced by us all, IPWS received over 60 nominations for the 7 award categories of the Women Leadership Awards. We are incredibly proud to see this inspiring community spread positivity and recognition to women and men who are driving change and making a positive impact in Shanghai and beyond.

Join the party at Cotton’s in the heart of Shanghai, where we will celebrate over delicious food and drinks, and announce the winners of the 2020 Women Leadership Awards!

Connect with top professionals and members of the IPWS community, and meet this year’s WLA nominees, finalists and jury members who are all recognized leaders in their respective industries. To start the evening, we’ll also hear from former WLA Lifetime Achievement award winner, Theresa Hudzinski.

As a non-profit organization run by a volunteer Board of Directors, IPWS strives to bring high-value, professional development events to women in Shanghai.

In addition to organizing nearly two events per month in normal times, IPWS is committed to recognizing women in the community who have made an impact and created change within their industry or for the community.

By recognizing and celebrating these women, we hope it inspires and encourages others to create change and forge new paths.

The WLA is the longest running international award in China for women leaders, and was the only such award for over a decade.
