ACYPI Shanghai has invited two successful expat entrepreneurs whose businesses have achieved success in multiple Asian markets to share challenges, lessons, and best practices on scaling your business in Asia.

Delphine Lefay is the CEO and Co-founder of OnTheList, who have pioneered the concept of Members-Only Flash Sales in Asia, offering members exclusive access to luxury brands at discounted prices, for a limited number of days. It uses both e-commerce and a bricks-and-mortar spaces to allow premium and luxury brands to sell off their past-season stock at invitation-only flash sales.

The company launched in Hong Kong in 2016 and has since expanded to Singapore, Taipei, and Shanghai, developing now into the Australian market and soon more across the region to become the leading premium flash sale concept in Asia.

Natalie Lowe is the Managing Director of The Orangeblowfish, an independent creative agency with teams across Asia-Pacific: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Hong Kong and Sydney. They are creative brand strategists who leverage art, storytelling, space and technology to amplify brands.

The Orangeblowfish partners with startups and Fortune 500 companies across the globe to produce uniquely crafted creative branding strategies, customised brand installations, brand experiences, digital marketing campaigns and more.

The discussion will be moderated by ACYPI National Executive and Shanghai Chapter Director, Lucy Du.
