Come and join us for the highlight of the summer - and the OCCB's signature event - a garden party at the Residence of the British Ambassador and the Club's patron, H.E. Sebastian Wood, on Thursday 26th June 2014.

Come for the networking at this prestigious location, pleasant company, drinks and food.

6-9pm, Thurs 26th June, Residence of the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, 15 Guanghualu, Beijing.

Dress code: Cocktail/Business

Please bring your passport/ID card, without which admission is not possible.

Tickets

Cost: 150RMB for Oxford and Cambridge alumni, 180RMB for their personal guests (only two guests per member are allowed) - price includes canapes and Pimms, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.

Refunds cannot be made in the event that you decide you cannnot attend.

Please note that tickets are non-transferable for security reasons.

Please note that ticket sales can only be handled via Yoopay; cash cannot be accepted on the door and there will be strictly no walk-ins.

Ticket sales will close on June 24th or earlier if tickets have already sold out. This is in order to adhere to the embassy security requirements; therefore it will not be possible to purchase tickets after this deadline.

Please be advised that tickets are limited and this event sells out every year.

In recognition of our status as guests in the British Ambassador’s personal residence, please be respectful of the event ending time of 9 pm.

Please be advised that all tickets have now sold out and it will not be possible to purchase any further tickets. The guest list has been confirmed with the Ambassador's Residence and it will not be possible to add any further names.

This event sells out each year - all publicity has emphasised that tickets are limited. Thank you for your understanding and your support.
