ITINERARY
Friday Night (October 27th) - Welcome Drinks and food at Dolphin Sports Bar & Grill
Fly in. Drop stuff at hotel (or not) before welcome drinks at Dolphin. Some random task assignments will be given out randomly. (To be completed before or during cricket)
Everyone tries not to get too pissed and propose to their girlfriend.
Saturday Morning - Six-a-side Cricket
There will be a shuttle organised from The Baohong Hotel (TBC) to take people over the hill to the Sanya Cricket Oval if needed. It will depart at 7:23am, and not a minute later. The first match will begin strictly at 8:30am, or whenever we get around to it. 8am cricket starts with boat races and other ridiculous challenges. i.e. Cricket how it's supposed to be played. Music blaring. Drunk. In the sun. On a tropical island.
Cricket all day with all you can eat 5 star Beer Factory BBQ and draft beer. Cheap good wine on sale for the girls. Tinnies also on sale for spectators.
Run fines given out for not being a good sport.
The final ball will be bowled just before the end of the tournament. At which point, the victorious team will be the winner.
Pack up and transport back to Dadonghai soon after. Quickly back to rooms to get dressed for 8pm halloween party in assigned costume.
Saturday Night - Halloween party down the beach
After party and awards ceremony hosted by Sanya Surf Circus. Heaps of good food options available. Fire show, good music, cubans girls etc etc.
Run and beer fines given for shit costumes/not dressing as assigned thing.
Sunday Morning - Whatevs
pool/beach/whatevs in the morning
Lunch wherever you fancy
Sunday Arvy - 3pm Doubles Bocce
Head back to the beach bar for Sanya's famous double's bocce tournament and some more beers.

TOURNAMENT RULES
We play our own style of cricket down here that has mainly evolved as a result of where we play, as well as our commitment to getting everyone involved regardless of whether you're a cricketer or not. Our ground at the Intercontinental is about 80m in diameter and is technically a public space so we don't use hard balls, instead use those semi-soft, seamed practice cricket balls, which are perfect for those who aren't used to catching a rock hard cricket ball and no pads or helmets necessary (it's way too hot for those anyway).
The format we play promotes hitting well placed ground shots (fours and good running) so sixes are recorded as dot balls (discouraged). Each batter faces one over from one bowler, and is a runner for one over. If you go out, it's minus 2 runs but you remain batting until your over finishes. An innings is simply 6 overs, 6 batters, 6 bowlers (wiki also bowels). Then you switch batting/fielding teams, bowling against the man you batted against (and vice versa). Games are quick, fun, with everyone getting to field, bowl, bat and run... and of course plenty of time to drink beer in the shade and go for a swim in the pacific ocean.
The included BBQ is all you can eat/drink from the Intercontinental Beer Factory and will go all afternoon ensuring plenty of beer and grub. Wine will be available for purchase if your missus isn't a beer fan and tinnies are on sale if you just want to come along and drink.
