Dress code: Cocktail/Business/smart casual  (NO JEANS NOR SHORTS NOR TRAINERS!)

Please bring your passport/ID card, without which admission is not possible.

Tickets
Cost: 300RMB for Oxbridge alumni and members of our co-hosts, 400RMB for their personal guests - price includes canapes, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.

Please note that tickets are non-transferable for security reasons. This means that you must register the official name of yourself and all guests, i.e. as shown on their photo ID. Otherwise you will be refused admittance. Guests must be accompanied by Oxbridge alumni or members of co-hosts. 

Please note that there is a strict No Smoking policy in the residence. 

Please note that ticket sales can only be handled via Yoopay; cash cannot be accepted on the door and there will be strictly no walk-ins.

Ticket sales will close on Sept. 26th at 12 noon or earlier if tickets have already sold out. This is in order to adhere to the embassy security requirements; therefore it will not be possible to purchase tickets after this deadline.
