TRICKY [英国 GBR]

5月2日，英国Trip-hop领袖Tricky将在北京愚公移山举办专场演出。同时，这也是2015影响城市之声活动的重要单元之一，将由摩登天空特别呈现。Tricky曾多次来华，获得国内众多乐迷的追捧与喜爱，此次北京专场将是京城乐迷与他零距离接触的又一次机会。

Tricky的音乐之路可谓充满传奇色彩，音乐生涯开始于英国的电子城布里斯托尔，不幸的童年经历给他以后的音乐创作带来了阴暗幽闭复杂的情绪。曾经参与了Massive Attack《Blue Lines》这张大热专辑的录制，离开Massive Attack后又发表了一张更为成功的个人处子作，作为九十年代最好的专辑之一，《Maxinquaye》竟拥有多达六首的单曲，让Tricky一举跻身巨星行列。

去年，Tricky携音乐生涯中第11张大碟《Adrian Thaws》华丽归来。回顾90年代发迹于英国Bristol的Trip-Hop音乐，《Adrian Thaws》汇集了过去20年音乐潮流的风向与缩影，Tricky自言《Adrian Thaws》几乎是他生涯最Club/Hip-Hop的代表作，也是他环顾自14岁起接触流行音乐长达30年的经验累积。

更多关于Tricky——本名阿德里安•索斯，英国艺人，生于1968年，在素有电子音乐家园之称的布里斯托开始了他的音乐生涯，他头上最亮的光环就是Trip-hop国际三巨头之一。Trip-hop是英国乐评人发明的一个词，这里的Trip有迷幻的意思，其音乐框架往往基于嘻哈音乐，属于慢板，兼具迷幻色彩。Tricky小时候父亲出走，母亲自杀，这被视为他音乐中阴暗特质的来源。他曾受到美国嘻哈音乐的影响，也从王子、汤姆•维茨等人的作品中汲取灵感。

Tricky (born Adrian Nicholas Matthews Thaws, 27 January 1968) is an English musician and actor. As a producer and a musician, he is noted for a dark, rich and layered sound and a whispering sprechgesang lyrical style. He is one of the originators of the music genre Trip-Hop. Culturally, Tricky encourages an intertwining of societies, particularly in his musical fusion of rock and hip hop, high art and pop culture.Tricky was in Massive Attack and appeared in the movie The Fifth Element as well as the music video for Parabola by Tool. He has collaborated extensively with other artists on tracks on his various releases, including Bjork, Alanis Morrissette, Cyndi Lauper, Anthony Kiedis, John Frusciante and Flea (of the Red Hot Chili Peppers), Martina Topley-Bird, and Alison Goldfrapp of Goldfrapp also many others.
