4月1日，北京德国文化中心·歌德学院（中国）邀请特奥· 特尔多（Teho Teardo）与碧丽霞（Blixa Bargeld）两位天才音乐家来到北京，现场呈现他们的特别合作专辑《依旧微笑》。

2009年，意大利的著名作曲家特奥·特尔多和德国“倒塌的新建筑乐队”主唱及曾经的“尼克凯夫和坏种子”乐队吉他手碧丽霞在戏剧《辱骂》（Inguiria）演出期间相识。此后，他们便立即开始合作创作电影音乐《宁静生活》（A Quiet Life）。这首歌曲为后来《依旧微笑》（Still Smiling）专辑的整个创作和制作奠定了基础。在这张专辑中，歌曲和实验音乐有机地融为一体。包含大提琴、小提琴、吉他以及一个完整弦乐四重奏的多种弦乐乐器与电子音乐碰撞，彻底颠覆了古典乐器带来的陈旧感，使人在聆听时情感上随之荡漾。

《依旧微笑》这张专辑的创作和录制在柏林和罗马两地历时两年时间完成。特奥与碧丽霞两人合作，精心地斟酌处理每一个声音、字句及每一处停顿。歌词以英语、德语以及意大利语写成，冥冥中昭示未来，带给听众丰富的遐想空间。歌词中的很多主题都与逃离以及面对过去相关。在吟唱时，碧丽霞的声音极为真诚，充斥着感情，同时也向他的听众展示了他非常私人和亲近的一面。

On April 1^st, Teho Teardo & Blixa Bargeld, two artistic geniuses will bring their unique collaboration project “Still Smiling” live to Beijing, presented by the Goethe-Institut China.

The Italian composer Teho Teardo and Blixa Bargeld, leader of “Einstürzende Neubauten” and former “Bad Seeds” first met during the realization of “Ingiuria”, a theatre piece, and right after that they collaborated on a song for a soundtrack, "A Quiet Life". That song started the whole process of writing and producing an album together where songs and more experimental pieces could find a common ground. The original use of strings: baritone guitars, cello, violin, guitars, a full string quartet diverts the traditional perception of those classic instruments when they deal with electronics, and the result is emotionally moving.

“Still Smiling” has been written, recorded and produced between Berlin and Rome, which took nearly two years. Teho and Blixa worked next to each other choosing carefully every sound, every word and silence. The lyrics are visionary and are sung in English, German and Italian. Many of the lyrical themes deal with trying to escape and deal with one's past. This time, Blixa reveals a really personal and intimate side to the listener. His voice sounds very sincere and impassioned.
