After completion of this program, the participant will have the necessary knowledge and foundational habits to practice independently or together with the new accountability partners in the morning, before starting their day.

Topics and Exercises Covered in the 21-Day Morning Habit Program:
1) Mindful exercising: Quick stretching of your body parts
2) Silence: A relaxation and breathing exercise to calm down your busy mind. We also include essential oils here which will be sent directly to your home.
3) Affirmations for strong mindset and self-love: Create and practice individual affirmations to change your subconscious opinions about yourself
4) Gratitude journaling: Practicing gratitude enhances your happiness level
5) Goal setting & visualization: Set achievable daily goals and imaging achieving them
6) Power smiling: Create immediate positive emotions in your body
7) Personal empowering: A daily motivational booster so you can now start off your new day in a stronger, happier and more successful way
Week 1: October 26 - November 1:
> Day 1: Theoretical background and preparation of the morning habit
> Day 2 - 5: Daily practice
> Weekend: Group practice without Janine or by yourself
> Day 7: Reflection on your first week's highlights, challenges, and setting improvement goals via an online survey
Week 2: November 2 - November 8:
> Day 8: Review of week 1 and daily practice
> Day 9 - 12: Daily practice
> Weekend: Group practice without Janine or by yourself
> Day 14: Reflection on your second week's highlights, challenges, and setting improvement goals via an online survey
Week 3: November 9 - November 15:
> Day 15: Review of week 2 and daily practice
> Day 16 - 19: Daily practice
> Weekend: Group practice without Janine or by yourself
> Day 21: Reflection on your third week's highlights, challenges, and setting improvement goals via an online survey
After the 3 weeks:
I encourage you to continue the daily morning habit with the support of your assigned accountability partner or the whole group and feel free to reach out to me if you need support.
