Dear Students,

Inform your parents and have them book your tickets now! Join us from 4:00-7:30pm on Friday, October 29, 2021 for the annual BWYA Halloween Social. There will be music, games, a haunted house performance, food, and a great time for all!

Ticket Prices:

60 rmb General Admission + Dinner

30 rmb General Admission 



Notes: 

• Ticket Limits. Tickets are limited to 400 Participants.
• Attendees. Only students are allowed to attend the event. Parents are not allowed on campus during the event.
• After School. Students must report to the cafeteria after school. They are not allowed to leave campus and then return for the event.
• Bracelets. Students will be provided a bracelet for the ticket purchased. You MUST wear this bracelet for the entire event. If you do not have a bracelet on, you will be asked to leave the event.
• Dinner. Dinner is served from 4:00-5:00pm. We encourage all students to buy meal tickets so that they can eat because food will not be served at the event.
• Bookbags. All book bags and other materials should be brought to the cafeteria and stored there throughout the event. No students will be allowed to go to their lockers or classrooms after 4:00pm.
• Dismissal. Students may leave the event at any time. All students must be picked up at the main school gate by their parents.
• Optional. This is an optional school event. Students do not have to attend.
• Costumes. Costumes for the event are optional, but preferred.

Charity:

• 20% of proceeds from the event will be donated to MCF China to support Migrant Children in Beijing. The money will fund health checks as well as buy eyeglasses for children in need.
   

Events and Activities:

Photo Booth (School Lobby, 1st Floor)

Before venturing off for food and fun, stop by the School Lobby to sign your name on the signature wall and take photos. Student Council will take photos and share them with you.

Dance Hall (Sports Center, 3rd Floor)

The main attraction of the Halloween Social. A huge social event accompanied  by  exciting  music , lights and carnival games.  

Carnival Street (3rd Floor)

Carnival games for all to play! Come by the third floor for games that are fun, exciting, challenging, and maybe a little gross.

Scavenger Hunt (Various Venues)

A scavenger hunt with twists and turns to keep you guessing! Prizes for the winners!

Haunted House Performance (Multipurpose Room, 1st Floor)

One of the most highly anticipated attractions each year,  the Haunted House  is an annual tradition  that the Student Council sets up  for its Halloween Social.  Enter for some Halloween  scares.. at your own risk!

Food Court (Cafeteria, 1st Floor)

Pizza, hot dogs and chicken wings will  be  provided  at the food court from 4:00-5:00pm!  There is a special ticket for purchasing meals. We hope you  have a wonderful  dinner time  at the Halloween Social!  We encourage all students to buy the meal ticket since the event ends at 7:30pm.

Cinema (Auditorium)

Some well-known Halloween themed movies will be played  during this exciting event.  Some of them are  a  little scary but mostly fun! You can enjoy the tense atmosphere together with your friends. There will be two movies playing throughout the event, so choose wisely!

Dress Code:

• Halloween costumes are encouraged
• Shorts or skirts of any kind must be longer or at knee length
• No tight tops or off shoulders clothing
• No display of vulgar/explicit content of profanities in any language or form on the costume
• No high heels, sandals, or open-toe shoes
• No large Halloween costumes
• No masks covering the face during class time
• No weapons props (guns, knives, swords, sticks, etc)
