What better way to kick-off our Anniversary Week by welcoming it with an energetic Sunrise Flow Yoga class? Join us as we welcome the exciting week at Free Soul Yoga for this special class led by the lovely Jade Qin. Each movement, breath, posture is done in a fluid motion with the intention of preparing the body for the day to come, in our case, the week to come!
