Slow Boat Brewery 悠航鲜啤

Founded by Chandler Jurinka and Daniel Hebert in the summer of 2011, Slow Boat began as a small pilot brewery nestled high within the mountains surrounding Beijing. We opened our first taproom on Dongsi Batiao in December 2012, and in September 2016, after four years of claiming citywide awards for our beer and burgers, we opened our 3-floor, 750 square meter flagship brewpub in Beijing’s popular Sanlitun district. We are proud to offer the largest number of seasonal beers anywhere in the city—small-batch brews that continuously push the creative boundaries of Chinese craft beer. We are dedicated to furthering the Chinese craft movement and to making beer that China is proud to call its own.


悠航鲜啤于2011年夏由老钱和大牛创立，起初在位于北京周边山区的小型啤酒厂进行酿造。 2012年12月，悠航将第一家直营酒吧开在了东四八条的胡同里。2016年9月，在悠航的精酿和汉堡屡获殊荣的四年后，悠航鲜啤旗舰店开业，地处北京潮流中心三里屯，占地750平，店内配备酿造工坊及三层就餐区。悠航以为大众提供种类最为丰富的小批量酿造时令鲜啤而自豪，并不断挑战中国啤酒的定义。悠航致力于推动中国手工精酿啤酒运动，并为打造属于中国自己的杰出精酿品牌而不断努力。

On Saturday, December 9th, we’re inviting families with children of all ages to celebrate the holiday season at Slow Boat Brewpub with cookie decorating, holiday crafts, brunch, and the annual release of our Safe Harbor Christmas Ale (for the grown-ups). 150RMB per parent includes any brunch item plus a pint of Christmas Ale or coffee, children’s brunch, and access to the craft and cookies stations for the little ones. We’re proud to partner with Bread of Life Bakery to offer holiday sugar cookies for decorating. Bread of Life is a non-profit organization run by physically disabled young adults who have grown up in orphanages around China. All profits are used to help orphans and children in China, especially those who are physically disabled. Family Day will run from 11:30AM to 4PM. Scan the code below to register! 12月9日(星期六)，我们邀请各年龄段的孩子们在悠航鲜啤三里屯店庆祝悠航鲜啤家庭日活动，我们准备了美味可口的小饼干供小朋友们进行DIY、丰富多样的早午餐，以及一年一度的避风港圣诞艾尔啤酒(仅供成年人)。每名家长仅需150元，包括任意一款早午餐菜品、一杯避风港圣诞艾尔或咖啡、孩子的早午餐，以及为小家伙们准备的DIY小饼干。我们很荣幸的能够同生命粮面包房举办本次活动。生命粮面包房是一个专为在中国福利院长大的孤儿以及身体残疾的成年人所开办的一家非营利机构。利润主要用来帮助孤儿，残疾人和有特殊需要的人群，如为以上人群提供手术、轮椅等方面的帮助。
