Capital Sportz is a sports enrichment training and entertainment company focused on improving the quality of sports across the city of Shanghai.
We offer the following co-ed activities for all skill levels to our Fall students. Tiger’s basketball team for our more advanced players. Tiger’s Academy helps get developing players ready for game competition and our Cheer Squad is a routine-based dance program focused on competitive elements such as choreography, tumbling, jumps, and stunts. Our activities will also give the basketball players and cheer team game-time experience around the city!

Come and help us to raise money for a good Claus @ The 1st Annual Family Fun Run @ Saffron Gill in Lidoway.
We will have a 5k run for 13 years and up and 1k run for under 13. We will have prizes for the best costume & the winners of the race. Sign up for the Race and R.S.V.P for the Buffet
Schedule
8:30 am - Arrive at Saffron enjoy Hot Coffee Tea Buffet and Fruit and a safe place to put your items.
9:00 am - Start Race 5k Race
9:45 am - Start Kids Race
10:30 am - Both Races are finished
10:45 am - Prizes and Gifts will be given out to all runners
11:00 am - Brunch Menu Starts
1:pm - Brunch Menu Ends
