CISB 2019 Charity Bazaar

Vendor Application/Contract

Thank you for your interest in participating in our CISB Charity Bazaar. This event is open to the Beijing community and the proceeds will beneﬁt charities in Beijing and around China.

VISION

The CISB Charity Bazaar (“the event”) is a dynamic, student supported community event celebrating the holiday season by featuring unique artistic gifts that beneﬁt local charities and provides a platform for local artists and businesses.

Sunday, December 8th, 2019 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1.    Efforts will be made to separate vendors with similar products, however requests for specific table placement will not be entertained.
2. One large table (totaling approx. 200 cm in length, 50 cm in width, 75 cm high (from the floor to the top of the table)) and two chairs will be provided for each approved Vendor Application/Contract.
3.    Vendors may check-in and begin setup on Sunday, December 8th no earlier than 8:00 a.m. All booths must be set up and manned no later than 9:30 a.m. Vendors are not permitted to break down booths before 3:00 p.m.
4.    Vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their own booths, promotional materials and signage.
5.    Vehicles are not permitted to enter campus at any time. Parking is not provided. Special consideration for drop-off and/or pickup of vendor materials will be considered upon request.
6.    Vendors are required to keep the aisles free of merchandise and will be limited to the space provided. Special circumstances, including planned activities, will be considered by the organizing committee upon request. The hanging of any materials on the walls or ceiling of the building will not be allowed.
7.    Vendors will be responsible for their own cash box, receipts and relevant taxation
8.    Vendors are permitted to bring in their own personal outside food/drink.

9. Electricity is available upon request. Please specify electrical needs within this vendor application form.

1. 10. Limit two people per booth. Special consideration will be given upon request. Vendors must remain at their booth and may not ‘float’ throughout the event.

DEADLINES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Contracts must be signed and returned, along with payment in full, no later than November 22nd, 2019.

CANCELLATIONS

Vendors whose cancellations are received in writing no later than November 25^th, 2019 will be refunded 50% of the booth fee(s). Booth fee(s) are non-refundable after November 26^th, 2019.

DISCLAIMERS

Booth space is limited and will be offered on a “ﬁrst come, ﬁrst served” basis. The Canadian International School of Beijing (“CISB”), CISB Charity Bazaar organizing committee members, CISB staff and CISB volunteers will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise, property or money, and will be held harmless in the case of any accident or injury that may occur during set-up, execution or tear down of the event.
