Beijing Women's Network

Founded in 2015, the Beijing Women’s Network (BWN) is a volunteer-run community that is dedicated to connecting women in Beijing to resources that can help them grow personally and professionally.

Through our community, we hope to build collective peer mentorship and help individuals foster personal growth and professional development. One of our main focuses is to provide skills and training specific to building a successful career in the Chinese business market.

Since our founding, we have served over 5,000 members and were awarded the WeWork Creator’s Award in 2018. We have also hosted some prominent speakers including the legendary Dr. Jane Goodall, Jessica Cox, the world’s first armless pilot, and more.
