Ladies, in honor of International Women's Day, the resort has a special deal:

all women ski free on Saturday (pass and equipment), saving you 180 RMB!

*Refunds on deposits covering room charge are available until Thursday Mar 6th at 12pm noon local Beijing time

*PRICING DETAILS:

1. Single occupancy: 1,140 RMB (680 deposit + 460 cash paid on departure)
2. Double occupancy (must book together): 1,640 RMB (720 deposit + 920 cash paid on departure)
   

3. Triple occupancy or larger rooms are not available.

4. We expect a full bus. If it is not full, a transportation surcharge may be necessary, but it should not exceed 100 RMB per person. No discount is available for drivers.

5. Price includes transportation, ski pass, equipment rental (skis or snowboard). Does not include food, drinks, lessons, clothing, locker deposit. Price breakdown as follows: Ski equipment rental + pass = 360 RMB/person; Room for 2 nights = 640 RMB/room (if two people split the room, it's 320 RMB/room/person); Bus = 140 RMB/person (subject to change, see above).

6. Women will pay 180 RMB less on the bus due to the International Women's Day rate, please see notes under the ticket types above.

*INSTRUCTIONS AND ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Please see the map above for the departure point. We will meet at the Nongzhanguan subway station exit A on line 10 on March 7 at 8pm for departure. We will notify you of any changes. Be early -- we are not responsible for providing any refunds, goods, or services to people who do not arrive at the departure point on time!
   
2. Transportation will leave Beijing at 8pm and arrive at the hotel around 12:30am to check-in. Check-out is at 2pm Sunday. The return bus will leave the hotel at 2:30pm, and arrive in Beijing at approximately 7pm.
   
3. After the online deposit, you will receive a receipt. You MUST present this receipt and pay the remainder of your fees in RMB cash (420 RMB per person) when boarding the bus to depart. If you do not receive a receipt, let us know; you must notify us prior to the refund deadline in order to be eligible for a refund.
4. If you are a non-Chinese citizen, you MUST bring your passport to this event. Chinese citizens must likewise bring their national ID card. No party related to or participating in this event is responsible for providing any goods or services, including refunds, lodging or return transportation, to those who fail to do this.
5. Refunds on deposits are available until Thursday Mar 6th at noon local Beijing time, after which no refunds will be made.
6. The bus company is responsible for providing transportation insurance, and the ski resort for providing ski insurance.
7. By participating in this event, you understand that: the hotel, ski resort, bus, and their affiliated companies are the providers of all goods and services for this event; the Ivy Alumni Clubs, Alumni Clubs of Beijing and their member organizations have no legal affiliation with these companies, and have responsibilities limited only to conveying the information included in this invitation to the best of their ability; and any and all questions, complaints, or legal actions related to any goods or services in this event are the sole responsibility of the relevant company or companies, and not the Ivy Alumni Clubs, Alumni Clubs of Beijing or their member organizations
