How is MBE different from other events? 

We are the doers. You won't find any hollow motivational speeches, life stories or dry learning here. This is where you actually do the real work.


Top coaches delivering maximum-impact practical sessions. Not theory, philosophy or abstract ideas…instead simple practices which make profound changes in your life, implemented a few minutes each day with compounding effects.


After the sessions, participants will have the opportunity to do 'deep dive' sessions with each of the coaches, as well as 1-1 coaching opportunities. Discounted package deals are available at registration.

We all have strengths. Some people will Find their Strengths. Others will explore the 24 Character Strengths. Others have found – or created – their strengths through other approaches. But whatever your strengths, could you use them better or more? Don't Stop Breathing

Where you aware that some people breath different than you?  And I don’t mean your friend that breaths through his mouth.  Some people breath, hold their breath before exhaling.  Others exhale immediately.  Some people inhale longer than they exhale, and vice versa.  

And there are some who have figured out, that using different breathing patterns for different situations greatly impacts performance. In our session we will explore how something we often overlook, can impact the way we feel, perform, and even solve problems.

Holding five degrees in psychology, law and business, Daniel has been studying, coaching and training in high performance since 1998. He is a leading trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and lives between Shanghai and Brisbane with his wife and their two school-aged sons.





Prosper Vienne 

EasyConnect

Prosper teaches others how to optimize body alignment in daily life and in the corporate world order to deal with stress and to influence others. Through Easy Connect he focuses on coaching of mindful movements and leadership skills. He also is a certified martial arts instructor.






Aaron Wallace 

ChinaNLP

Aaron likes to consider himself the Lazy Man's Guide to Personal Transformation, and as such, his coaching clients and NLP students have enhanced personal charisma as communicators, experienced growth in social and intimate relationships, have achieved health targets, and enjoyed increased financial freedom.
