THE EXPATRIATE CENTER (TEC) is a key program of Shanghai Family Life Services Center - a non-profit organization legally registered and supported by the Shanghai municipal government to help expatriates Build A Home Away From Home. TEC is a one-stop service platform that offers a direct window, both offline and online, to address the actual needs of the foreign and Chinese returnees community in the areas of living, working and family in Shanghai.

外籍人士中心(TEC)是上海爱满家家庭服务中心的重点项目，是上海市民政局合法注册的非盈利机构。它是首家在沪“政社联动”的一站式服务平台，可直接提供线下和在线的服务窗口。中心致力于服务外籍人士，华侨海归社群，使他们感受到“上海就是家”。满足他们在上海的生活，工作和家庭等领域的实际需求。

TEC is proud to announce that Social Entrepreneurship Competition (SEC) will be happening again this year! We are opening the competition floor to TWO different age categories: Youth Entrepreneurship and Adult Entrepreneurship.

今年TEC高兴地在此宣布社会创业大赛(SEC)将再次启动！我们此次社会创业大赛将分为两个年龄层进行：青年组以及成人组。

How to participate 如何参与？

Form a team of 2 to 4 representatives.

参赛者以2至4人为团队代表参赛。

1030RMB/pax for Youth/Adult Entrepreneurship Program (Optional)

1030元/人青少年/成人精品创业指导课程 (自愿可选)

You will receive an email confirmation from TEC Admin with details on how you may submit your business proposal. Your business proposal should only have a maximum of 10 slides and submitted in a PDF format.

TEC将会把确认信息和如何提交你的商业方案细节以邮件发送至你的邮箱。你提交的商业方案需是PDF版本，并最多可以有10页。

Prerequisites 前提要求

Your team/business should be at the pre-revenue stage. The business idea should not be a fully developed product or service.

参赛团队应该仍在未盈利阶段。创意方案应该是未发展成熟的产品或者服务。

Business proposals can be submitted either in English, or English and Chinese; however, you will have to present in English for the final pitch.

商业方案可以以全英文或者中英文提交，但决赛当天将以英文展示。

报名及商业方案提交截止日期为 7月17日。

Shortlisted teams will be granted full access to the INTL 3E FAIR (i.e. You will get to attend various workshops and seminars!)
