Dear Friend of HIS,

We would like to invite you to participate in our school’s Spring Program this year. Now in our fourth year of operation, Hope International School continues to strive to expand its programs and offerings to the community. We hope that you will join us in the exciting events that we are offering this year and experience firsthand the pride we take in our school and her students.

It is our desire to provide our students and community with an annual Spring Program designed to spotlight the talent of our student body. In order to provide this to our community, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. Without the assistance of community-minded individuals just like you, we wouldn't be able to serve those in our school family each year.

Our Spring program in the past has always been one of the best-attended events of our calendar year. We expect more than 400 people to attend this year, Including the majority of our student body, staff, and parents.  All grades, K-12, will be involved, including our elementary and secondary orchestras and choirs.

We would like to invite you to make a commitment to support our annual concert by sponsoring this event. This year our goal is 40,000rmb, and we hope that you will be able to make a contribution in exchange for the opportunity to promote your business or cause. Your generosity will make a difference in our community by allowing us to hold this event. These funds will help to pay for venue rental, sound and lights, instruments, sets, props, costumes, an opportunity performance experience for our students and a great chance to build community.

We provide 4 levels of sponsorship. Our Gold Level Sponsors will be given a full sized ad in our program and 2 free reserved seating tickets. Silver Level Sponsors will be given a half sized ad in our program and 2 free general admission seating tickets. Bronze Level Sponsors will be given a quarter-page ad in our program and 2 free general seating tickets. Steel Level Sponsors will be given table space and public recognition at our concert. All Sponsors will be specially recognized during our program, and are invited to set up tables along the entryway to the stage where parents and other guests will pass by. You are welcome to sell your goods and services at your table. The Spring  program will be May 20, 2016 at 7:00pm at the Banquet Hall Stage at Crab Island on XieDaoLu.

Please fill out the attached form and email it back to the Music Department before May  6^th.  Please email your company or group’s logo if you would like it included in the program. We encourage sponsors to provide their own ad layout, but we are also happy to let our students design one for you as well. Sponsorship fees must be submitted by May 6^th . Sponsors may hand deliver fees to the HIS Music Department at Crab Island (XieDao) or arrange a private pick-up with our staff.
