Craft Head was started in 2014 by husband and wife team Nick and Penny with support from our local Shenzhen community. We have never owned a robot but our first brewing kit definitely seemed alive with a heart for hops and affinity for experimentation.
Following our initial nano brewing project we have since built a small cider facility in Zhejiang with handy access to pop next door to brew some tasty beers on our neighbour’s kit. Our ethos to try something new, be flexible and have some fun with fermentation has never changed and never will.
